Ordering & Policies

All VeryChicBaby items are made just for you and are non-returnable. Each piece is carefully handcrafted to order, including holiday and specialty dresses.

We invite you to resell your custom VeryChicBaby items in our Facebook group so they can continue to be loved and treasured.

Turnaround:

Each dress is lovingly handcrafted in our home studio. Current turnaround is approximately 2.5 weeks, because handmade pieces take time to ensure the quality and magic you expect.

Custom Orders:

Because each item is made especially for you, please check sizing and details carefully. If you have questions or special requests, contact us before placing your order.

Shipping & Insurance

We ship to the USA only via USPS. All shipments include delivery confirmation.

If you would like to add insurance for your items, please contact us and we will be happy to arrange it.

For international orders, shipping is by Priority or Express Mail, and all costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Please note: VeryChicBaby is not responsible for lost or damaged packages. We recommend arranging insurance if you have any concerns.
